It's common knowledge to us that we have absolutely HORRIBLE looking robes. Here is an example. They make our male characters wear dresses, and they make all of us wear headpieces that make Sithies LOL at us. I'm here to show you our good (but limited) options.

 

First, chest pieces. A disclaimer, torhead uses only Imperial icons, which can be misleading when the same item is shared by both sides.

Is that look available to us, you ask? NO. The imperials get very similar robes, but we do NOT have access to them.

Instead, that mirror versions of that robe are a Satele-style tunic with a cape on the back and no hood. I bitterly list some of them.

It seems the one and only face mask that can be used UNDER our hoods is the Balmorra Resistance Helmet. Some headbands/circlets can also be worn with hood up.

Not exactly the same, but it's the style I like. Has the ornamental waist/belt thing, and on female characters it shows midriff. It can be worn with pants. It's essentially the coolest hooded robe in the game, and we can't has it.

Not exactly, they don't have any alignment requirement, just faction. You can be a light side imperial and wear it, but not a dark side republic.

 

There's no love for the Republic side.

Best thing is they're fully moddable and only require level 11! If you can't find em for sale, they only require 20 synthweaving to make but the schematic is a random drop.

Can you find the style you're talking about on torhead for us? I'm sure there are high level versions of it.

 

The best looking tunic-style one IMO is the one with the cape, the "Satele-style" one that I hate so much because it took the place of the Revan style ones on our side. Still looks Jedi-ish without looking like you'd trip on it.

 

Also, why not just get some pants? Our hooded robes look great with pants.

I'm with you. Revan is a jedi master wearing robes for the sith, whats up with that? When ever i see those robes i get green with envy but then i remember i got miraluka.

I am using mostly a "Muse Vestment" so far and it's quite alright.

 

Still, I'd love some variation. I really love the upper part of a Force Evangelist stuff, especially the band around the neck and the way the shoulders are wrapped in. Unfortuantely it forces you to wear a skirt part, but even so I'd wear it if I'd found really matches.

 

I've got a variant of it, labeled Rumination Vestments, that looks as though it was made mostly of light brown suede... unfortunately I have yet to find a matching lower part for it. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/822/imagebzp.jpg/

 

Curious how much clipping issues there are the lower extends of this top parts. This game has a total of eight fixed body types, four female and four male. Shouldn't there be less clipping issues than with games which allow for a virtually infinite variations from a much wider scale?

Chiss cannot be Sith. Imperial Agent, yes. Not sure about Bounty Hunter, but not Sith. You won't see a Chiss with a lightsaber.
