I have A LOT of raw crystals that I have collected using my Archeology crew skill. How can I transform them in order to make them useable as a color crystal or otherwise in a lightsaber?

There are three kinds of 'Crystals', so I'm not entirely sure which you mean by 'raw crystals'... but, here we go;

Power Crystals, collected via Archeology, are combined with Artifact Fragments using a catalyst and Artifice after purchasing schematics (recipes) from a Crew Skill trainer. One category of those schematics is Equipment Color Crystals.

Crafting Color Crystals, collected - again - via Archeology, though only one mission per Grade unlike the multiple missions for Power Crystals. These come in Red, Blue and Green of various types and are used with Artifice to create Dyes (and I believe, but am not sure, Equipment Color Crystals).

Equipment Color Crystals, crafted using Artifice. The schematics have to be purchased from a Crew Skills trainer. These are the ones that go in Color Crystal slots in equipment like Lightsabres.

So, summation; you have to have the Artifice Crafting Crew Skill, purchase the schematics from an Artifice Trainer, make sure you have all the appropriate materials, then you can craft Color Crystals to go in your equipment.
