While the OP is chock-full of information, it's out of date. We are currently in patch 5.1.2. There is some mitigation in the fact that up-to-date guides seem to be non-existent, but I was hoping to find some help in the official forum. As you have posted recently, I hope that means you are still playing the game and will hopefully update your guide(s) soonish.

 

P.S. (I am also on Harbinger, both Light and Dark sides, and am currently focusing on my 'Slinger and Sniper.)
