Utahis Aayu's Armour, (Armour of the Ancient Sith Warden)

Utahis Aayu is my Sith Pureblood Character. He wares a specific and reasonably unique suit of armour, that I'mma show you all here today <3

The Sith Pureblod species have long been warriors fighting eachother with blades even until after the Great Hyperspace war, so what armour would a Sith wear to protect them from these weapons? The armour below draws inspiration from the real world armour styles of the Samurai (layered armour), Hoplites (Thick bronze ideal for defense against piercing and slashes) and Medieval knights (Because they, historically, were almost impossible to bring down with just a sword/Scimitar/Dagger/Spear alone.)

To validate the armour in the SW universe, however, it takes IC/Lore inspiration from from such ancient Sith Lords as King Adas (The greatest Sith to ever have existed. Fact.) https://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11117/111178634/4777675-adas+1.jpg

Though it still uses the golds and bronzes of the Ancient Massassi, Kissai, Zuguruk and Purebloods.

Background (Lore):

The Purebloods and Sith Species, for over 20 thousand years have been a warring species, looking into human history, humans have always developed armour in correspondence with weapons being developed, and SW sources like King Adas and Tulak Hord/Exar Kun, we see that Sith in the past have utilized plate style armour. So, for an ancient Sith warrior, it makes sense for them to be clad in Armour as they wage war upon their peers, that way they'll be able to fully forsake their defense against Bladed attacks, and focus purely on their relentless assault, as blades would do reasonably little against the wearer and the Armour.

The armour I believe would be made of Bronzium, (though the Lore never explicitly states what metal the Sith species made their armour from.) Though, to make it adequate for modern day combat, the Armour has a phrick lines body glove and Surcoat (The grey linen material Surcoat that covers the torso and sits underneath a reinforced chest plate.) Also, on the underside of the plates, it'd be likely dusted with Cortosis or another Lightsaber resistant material. Finally, the metal itself would be imbued the same way as the Jedi Katana's of old, or better yet, the Sith War blades were imbued with the force. This would add a much more substantial level of protection against blaster bolts and even lightsabers, being able to hold it's own against even the most modern of armors.

To compensate for the lack of air ways that the helm has, the face mask is removable, (Similar to the face masks of the Samurai armours and Some medieval ones too. I'd have done one with the actual facemask, but I haven't decided on what face-mask I want yet :p Suggestions?)

Background (Creation):

Though I was restricted by what the game engine could provide, I managed to piece pieces of the Armour together, using the Dark legionnaire Armour (Actually the Pummeler set a boosted character Sith Warrior receives), The Tulak Hord helmet, (Because the combination of the helms layered defense and the armour works pretty well IMO.) The gloves are the Zakuul Knight gloves, mainly because of the typical medieval vibe I get from them, (I did explore the hallowed Gothic gloves, however they looked off with the dye, and didn't give off the same "metallic" theme I wanted) The belt, I used the Oricon Warrior belt (Can't remember the exact name) with the small wings at the back. The legs are the Conquered Exarch's greaves, with the large metallic, full leg wrapping armour plates, with the covered under-layered, but visible groin armour. For the boots I used the royal guardian's boots. The Dye itself is the Fleet Commanders dye, which gave the bronze colour. That I needed.

Also, imagine it without the Tulak Hord face mask, as the little photo shopped image of it shows, I still havent decided on what the face mask should look like on the helmet.

Anyway, thanks for checking it out :)
