Liberate Posted March 16, 2012 Share Posted March 16, 2012 I am leveling up a merc, he's level 13. I find the cost of missile blast combined with the damage it does to be bland at best. Spottdrossel Posted March 16, 2012 Share Posted March 16, 2012 Well, while leveling it's worthy to use when the mob got a tiny little bit of HP left and Rapid Shots wouldn't be enough, but everything else is on CD.
