Stuck at a space station when you need to arrive on the planet Quesh to get vaccinated. I just don’t start a dialogue with an officer to get this vaccine. He wrote in support there are silent. You are the last thing we have left ..... you have to be a certain level to start that conversation, whatever the planet level is, sometimes if you get there, and didn't do any extra mission, etc, you can be underlevelled.
