FerralKoala
The power is incorrectly showing as in range and avaiable when the target selected is not actually with-in range. Cheers
Tweetee
It's because Flame Thrower doesn't have a target requirement, just like Flame Sweep. You can fire it whenever you want, and you have to aim it yourself.
motoxkid
Yea its a PBAOE doesnt matter what you have targetted you fire and it will shoot in a cone the direction you are facing, wish the animation matched the actual size of it though, tis a pain to judge what you can and cant hit -_- Edited January 27, 2012 by motoxkid
Morticoccus
I've accidentally hit the flamethrower button a LOT of times when the enemy is too far away. If grapple is on CD I generally bork this up and stand there shooting flame into empty space like an idiot =p
Valkenheineken
If you're having trouble telling whether your enemy is in FT range, check to see whether jet charge and grapple are available. If they're in range for FT, they'll be grayed out. If they're not, they'll be available. Post 1.1, you can use this method even when both moves are on cooldown.
