Yes that's right it's Droids. I was a bit shocked when they released the class and species list and droids were not there. There are plenty of freethinking droids in SW that were independent of a master. IG88 is an example. If you want to fix the imbalance make a third faction. The faction can be all droid or droid/person mixed. You could easily make mirror droids fr the trooper/smuggler or BH/Imp Agent. The other two may take some creativity but that's what the devs are for. I think being a giant robot swinging a sword the size of a telephone poll would be a nice mirror for te Guard/Warrior.

 

What's sad is a third faction could have been implemented from the start.

It's not perfect but hey it's an idea. The third faction can freely join ops of either two sides or stay solo.

Agreed, everyone should have access to an astromech droid! All the Jedi Knights be making me jelly.

idea has potential, but the 2 faction things is locked in at this point.

 

as far as the devs being there for their creativity, lol

 

having seen what these devs thing is "creative and innovative", i would rather them leave things they way they are and fix buggy mechanics rather than implement anything new
