HanSollo
For those of you that dont know its the Legendary Utility that adds 4% damage to your next melee attack per stack. I play Combat mostly and figured it would add a nice little burst with Lance in a Precision window. What do you guys think.
mrwayn
For dummy-parsing? Sure, why not. You might be able to gain a little bit of dps. For PvE? No. Force camo is to good of a dcd to waste it for a tiny dps gain. For PvP? No. There are better utilities to spend a point on and you'll be using force camo defencivly anyway most of the time. (Unless I mix the utilities up and you're not talking about the one that gives you a stack, that increases the damage of your next ability, every 0.5 sec when using force camo)
HanSollo
No thats the one im talking about. It gives a stack per .5 secs while stealthed to a max of 12 stacks which adds 4% damage per stack. Coupled with Lance you can get a noticible Damage increase from a single blow making good use of Pricision window the math says you can net yourself a 30k crit with it when fully geared. Which is nothing to sniff at.
PrometheanDeath
There are a few instances I've seen Hidden Savagery help, in these boss cases. TFB Operator IX, either moving to cores if force charge is on CD, or during the color phase while Operator has his immunity shield up. Kephess (Tfb): when he jumps, even though it's not for long. Tfb: The transition from birthing adds to tentacles is enough down time to receive all the stacks, and moving from platforms to the next tentacle after killing anomalies. EC Tanks: if you've killed your adds under the shield and Firebrand is still firing his missiles away, there your few seconds of camo stacks. Landmine field: while the droid is walking to you. Kephess (EC): Before someone detonates the walker or kephess channels his "Power of the Dread Masters" SnV Dash'roode: While lost and returning back to the boss. Titan 6: rock phase to when boss/tons of adds come back down Olok: during all the add phases, and stealth downtime if you so choose to. Styrak: Coming out of a nightmare. DF Brontes: After the lightning finger phase that leads to brontes/kephess, can get all 12 stacks there. DP Tyrans: while jumping down placing a simplification to cleanse your death debuff. Calphayus: Transitioning to and from past and future phases, waiting for Despoiler add or crystal burn Raptus: Going to and from Dps challenges while he is spinning which would kill you. Council: Transition to Dragon/Brontes, Running to a master's crystal. Rav Master/Blaster: leaving "Rain of Pain" phase. Cora/Ruugar: Activate right before Carbonite freezes you for .5 seconds, and transitioning to Ruugar from Cora. ToS Malaphar: When you leave the circle to cleanse your stacks, and adds already dead. Walkers: Right before Gravity mine Underlurker: While behind a rock Commanders: When you burned the adds too fast and waiting for more to respawn/boss to come down. Revan: While you stand off to get cleansed by healers, transition from Revan to HK, Transition from HK to pillars, after the free revive and teleporting to the 3rd phase, and the very short transition from Revan to core. Yes even in most of these instances the damage bonus would probably go to force charge, battering assault, or something not as significant like your auto crit attack. These just happens to be instances that you could use hidden savagery since you have nothing to do. There are still better utilities than Hidden Savagery, but it's not entirely useless in the Pve Ops side, but just not optimal with everything else marauders could choose that is better. HanSollo
I don't think the damage would go to force leap as it seems the range ofthe ability seems to be the trigger.
