Thought it would be fun to post some fictional troll builds. Here's one I'd like to see but would absolutely hate to go up against.

Sledgehammer/Decimus with interdiction missiles or interdiction mines in place of missiles.

Interdiction drone + interdiction drive + servo jammer (why not) + interdiction missiles.

Come, follow me into my interdiction drone's AOE. You're moving sooo slow, here have a servo jammer. You haven't come to a full stop yet? Let's fix that. Have an interdiction drive.

You can't move anymore? Maybe this'll help. *Locks an interdiction missile.*

Even without the interdiction missile, this is already a nasty build for fighting around satellites. Everything except scouts end up moving so slow that the drones and turrets end up killing them anyway.
