Hello, While moving a stack of 50 Nextor Artifice Bonded Attachement to my inventory to create an even number I already had 1 in my inventory, so I created a stack of 1 to move it back to my material tab and then the 50 Artifice Bonded Attachement disappeared.

 

Those 50 Artifice Bonded Attachement required a lot of work and just starting the game as a subscriber I feel deeply penalized by what just happened. I would like to get my stack of 50 back..

 

Edit: I just did the same manipulation again with 11 crafted items, I opened my materials tab from my inventory, I created a stack of 1 and then moved it to the material tab.. The 1 stacked item got moved to the material tab but the 10 remaining crafted items simply disappeared from my inventory.

 

I opened a ticket regarding the issue 12 hours ago but still no answer.

 

Did it happen to anyone before, and is there a way to recover my lost items other than waiting for the help desk to finally answer the in game ticket ?

Unfortunatly I didn't read this before I tried the same thing as you. Lost over 600 synthetic prefabs . Did your ticket get resolved?
