When we were doing 16 Man NM S&V almost every time we come out of the instance it would reset and then tell us that our progress was further along then the rest of the group. After trying to get into the instance for about 5 mins each time all the trash would be reset. We had to clear the same trash 4 times, between the trash and trying to get into the instance half of our raid time was wasted. Thanks for testing the patch Bioware, I hope the cartel market is doing well.

I saw this happen on 8-man HM TFB last month, it's not necessarily about this patch. On our run, after the Writhing Horror and clearing the trash before the next boss, our group lead invited a ninth to the op group, promoted him to lead and then dropped out of the group. At that point we were all kicked out of the instance. We had to clear the trash leading to the Dreads again. We wiped a couple times on Op IX and each time we had to clear the data core rooms. After doing that a couple times we gave up.

It seems that if it happens once, it'll happen again, might as well drop group, reform and come in fresh.
