SteveGarbage
If you RE a green quality item, you can get the recipe for a blue quality item. If you RE that, you can get a recipe for a purple quality item.

Azkadellia
It's a green colour crystal with like +1 Endurance on it. Follow the table I posted. A green-quality green-colour Fortitude crystal (+2 End) will RE into a blue-quality green-colour Fortitude crystal (+3 End), which RE's into a purple-quality green-colour Fortitude crystal (+4 End)

Talon_Starfire
Yes Can I pay a vendor to do it for me? Thanks
gracebond
You can't get a vendor to do it no. All you have to do, is make the Premium (Green) Crystal, then in your inventory in the upper right hand there is a little toggle to turn on Reverse Engineering. Hit that, then RE the crystals you've made. You'll get some of the mats back and you will have a chance to learn the next level schematic, Prototype (Blue) and Artifact (Purple)
Rhaphael
No you can't. Only players can Reverse Engineer.
ErikModi
If vendors could RE and craft blue and purple quality items, then there really WOULD be no point whatsoever in getting crafting skills.
