Do APPT save Energy Burst for the 4 x proc thing, or just spam it on CD due to the tactical crit? Especially for ranked with low survival time.

You'd want to at most use a 3 stack, you can use a 2 stack but I would never use a 1 stack.

This is obviously if you can't wait for a 4 stack.

 

Typical thing is to throw TD, hit an ability then hit either Rail shot or EB. So then both TD and Railshot or EB damage splash hits at the same time. Also, shoulder cannon is a separate GCD so spam that while.

But I'm sure most already know this.

Use it at 4 stacks for best damage. The powerlode tactical isn't rate limited (yet) so it's possible when your poweryield is up to hit 4 stack energy bursts every other gcd. This requires you to be focused heavily of course, but the burst potential is insane.
