Presuming that you mean "build templates" where we can load up a new discipline after a respec (Field Respec or Mentor-based) and get all the abilities set up on our bars just the way we like them, that's a feature that people have been asking for since forever. There are various refinements possible, like having the templates available as objects (files, database blobs, whatever) that you can load onto any character of the same or mirror class, allowing you to make your Arsenal Merc's ability layout match your Gunnery Commando's with a minimum of effort.
