So I am 400 Armstech, woohoo. I am crafting these Aim blasters trying to crit, I finally crit, I get defense. Not going to work so I keep trying and finally I get the critical version. Just what I wanted, so now I am working on getting the purple version.

Then it hits me - Even the blue critical version completely and totally sucks compared to the blaster I have had since level 48 and its waaay worse then the PvP champion blaster I have.

So my question, is there really any reason I should bother to keep crafting these things? Who in their right mind would buy this unless the stats from the blue version to the purple version double, which I doubt.

Here is my example:

Critical Fusion X Blaster:

Aim: 48

Endurance: 57

Critical: 88

Tech: 403

Surge: 29

Champion blaster: Easy as heck to get

Aim: 80

Endurance: 134

Exp: 48

Power: 77

Tech: 605

There is no way that purple Fusion X is even going to compare. Why bother? Should I just go on making mods and forget making actual weapons as an armstech?

The mods you can make don't compare to the damage/stats on PvE/PvP items either.
