If you just want to cancel and not auto-renew, simply go to the My SWTOR section of the website, sign in again, and click "Subscription" on the left. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page, and you'll find a button to cancel your subscription. But I gots ta know. Why do you want a refund? Final point, more of a warning: if you call your bank / credit card operator and request a chargeback, SWTOR will permanently ban your account, and EA will permanently ban your linked EA account.
