If i transfer a Char to another Server on wich i already have Characters with a lower lvl Legacy, will my transferred Char keep the higher lvl Legacy Name and Unlocks or will he be added to the low lvl Legacy that is already there?

The key point is that the two legacies will be *merged* on the destination server, and anything that was unlocked on either will be unlocked on the "merged" legacy. "Counted" unlocks and e.g. kills-with-companion counts will be the greater of the two, not the sum. As far as I know, however, the source server's legacy *name* does not transfer, so the destination server's legacy will keep its previous name.

(Certainly when transferring to a "blank" server where you have never had characters, the new server does NOT automatically inherit the old server's legacy name. <<== Voice of experience.)
