hobokamera Posted December 12, 2019 Share Posted December 12, 2019 I'm not sure where else in the forum to put this, so I guess I will have to put this here. I have run into an issue with the in-game ticket system, where every time I log in it says I have an update on a closed ticket from 2018. Also on a ticket I made in November, I got a response in my email to the ticket, and not in-game. That ticket in question remains stuck open and I can not close it. It gives me an error message every time I try and close it on my end. Finally, I put in a new ticket a few days ago, and the ticket number doesn't look like the others. it has a minus symbol in front of the ticket number. Also after I submitted the ticket, I had to relog several times to get the ticket to show up in the support window. I'm wondering if I need to resubmit that ticket, or if is actually a 'good' ticket.
