Kabulla Posted December 17, 2011 Share Posted December 17, 2011 My PC is below the recommended settings so I think I can give you some insight here... yes but, you will not like how it plays and in areas of high congestion you will struggle to just move. Now with that said more ram and a new video card would help you get to a point to were the game can be played to a enjoyable level but, still not good enough to be considered playable by most.
