Also having a Cartel Market box helps in Ossus it is time wasteful going back and forth.

With the new galaxy map being available (and usable for travel) from everywhere, the driving need for "Priority Transport" buttons, other than for actually going to, say, Outlaw's Den (rather than Tatooine in general), is hugely reduced. Given that, there are probably other things they can spend time on that would be better than adding those.

What do you mean by a "Cartel Market box"? The Cartel Market itself is available everywhere (Ctrl+M). If you mean a GTN kiosk to access the player-to-player marketplace, yes, that would seem like a good idea. It's a bit strange that there isn't one, seeing as how it has pretty much everything else interesting, including a legacy storage terminal (finally).
