Hello community,

Today I am bringing you some epic songs to listen to as you battle it out in the digital world of SW:TOR if you feel like you need more than the in game music.

Requirem for a Dream/ Lux Aeterna

This piece is by Clint Mansell and is good for fighting big epic battles.

Here's the link to the song on Youtube

That's all I've got for you all today. Enjoy! If you want more epic music search Two Steps from Hell on youtube. Two Steps from Hell is used in some of this game's trailers. Post some of your suggestions in the replies!

I wish someone would make 10 hours of Requiem for a Dream/Introduction (the version without the singing in the background for the first two minutes) correctly so I can continuously wet my pants in epic cutscenes and fights. :D.

(Hint: Please do it.)

Oh yeah... don't ever forget the original star wars soundtracks... or SWGEMU's imperial login screen. :D

And: A full version of Requiem for a Dream that is probably a bit less epic due to the weird background singing :/

If I am listening to music, then generally whatever is on my MP3 player.

It's a collection of my favorite songs from different genres that I transferred from CDs (in some cases, transferred from CDs after transferring the music to CD from vinyl).

Otherwise, it's just the same CDs with the addition of the music that didn't make the cut to my MP3 player, or radio, which is usually only whatever is playing on The House of Hair with Dee Snider.

Legend of a thread, well played OP, exactly the sort of thread we need on here.

This Charming Man - The Smiths

She Bangs The Drum - The Stone Roses

Serenade For Strings - Dvorak

Man Who Sold The World (Unplugged) - Nirvana

Spanish Castle Magic - Jimi Hendrix

Obviously this isn't everything but is representative of my playlist (done by sticking shuffle on and pressing Next a few times)

I don't think I realized how bad/lacking/missing the background music/sound in this game is until the first time I rode a speeder -- jacked on a Nar-Shadda street corner while I was not yet licensed -- and I didn't get dropped into a random radio station a-la GTA [pref. Vice City]. So I you-tubed it on my alt computer:

o Eddy Grant - Electric Avenue (could be the Nar-Shadda them song)

o Falco - Rock Me, Amadeus (sounds close enough to Rock Me, I'm a Duros)

o Adam Jensen (Deus Ex 3) doing the Safety Dance

The only thing missing was getting to bribe somebody and then beat them up later to get my cash back.
