Malavai's heal over time is called Imperial Medical Probe. The tooltip for it clearly states that, at my level and with his gear, it should tick for 313-404 every 3 seconds. This is not how it works. It ticks for between 90-100, about 4 times. This comes to between 375-400 over its entire 9 second duration.

This leads me to believe that the tooltip is bugged to show 313-404 EVERY 3 seconds instead of 313-404 OVER 9 seconds, which is essentially what it does.

I've moused over the tooltip for the ability, and taken the screenshot right when a tick happens. He has nothing else but the 2 second cast heal which heals for 378-404, and Kolto Jolt which heals for even higher which is definitely not the amount I'm being healed for in the screen; so you know it's a tick from the HOT.

BioWare please change the tooltip so I don't get false hopes, or actually fix the ability to match the tooltip.
