Thought I'd create a central place for people to list bugs and or features that don't work correctly in game atm. Please feel free to add things that you find, so we can hopefully keep them all in one place.

So far I have found:

1. When Corso the companion comes back from any mission or selling grey items, abilities that you have turned off are back on again.
    
   
2. The minimap shows resources that are not active, i.e. you go to them and you cannot interact with them.
    
   
3. Some resources are not interactive and cannot be used.
