The people posting listings for this is ridiculous pricing over 2million credits for it and its not a cartel item which is weird. The reason the prices for the Executioner's Lightsaber are so high is that it's not available any more. It dropped rarishly from Tier 3 Command Crates during the 5.X period, and there's currently no source for it. Create a scratch Sorcerer or Assassin and reach just before the end of Chapter 1 of the Sith Inquisitor story, and you'll get Kallig's as a mission reward. It's moddable and bound to your legacy, so you can pass it to the character you want to use it on.
