MJT_Eeyore Posted February 6, 2019 Share Posted February 6, 2019 A couple days ago I paid 600 Cartel Coins to unlock the Cathar species in SWTOR, and they took the money, but I don't have the species. I bought it and claimed, but it doesnt show up. I've been tryiing to get some help, but all I[ve gotten in teh run arount. I submitted an ingame ticket, but they seem to ignore those. ceryxp Posted February 6, 2019 Share Posted February 6, 2019 (edited) You bought the unlock from the Cartel Market, you claimed the unlock from the Cartel Market, but did you use it? After claiming a CM purchase it will transfer an item to your inventory that you then must use to apply the unlock. There is a backlog on in-game tickets and the current wait time is around 12 or 14 days. I don't remember exactly.
