Help with tactics pvp build

when im running tactics i tend to go for a more tankish style with ion cell and shield, not using hib.

i dont use brutal impact ill go for static field instead. focused impact only one Point and two in containment tactics. with that said my tatics gear have a lot of hitpoints around 23k (buffed) im more there to harass and throw out guard when needed. pretty desent spec to hold nodes with to.

EDIT;

i dont recomend this, but im also trying a stupid tactics setup, with a lot of shield specialist mods and enhancements on it. where you still use the armorings from tactics for that 0,5 sec on neural surge, and 15% crit on riflebutt.

Don't know if you check your own thread frequently but here's a build I used and had fun with.

http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#801hMhZMsr0RrfkdsZb.2

Key to playing this build is pretty simple.

1. Use High Energy Cell

2. Use Hold the Line on every CD

3. Gut Everyone and always use HiB after

4. Use Fire Pulse and Stockstrike

5. Use Ion Pulse

6. Use Pulse Cannon and Mortar Volley on every CD and try to hit multiple targets

7. Move a lot

8. CC and run when targeted

Know the pros and cons of this build .. or pretty much any tactics build with HEC

Cons:

1. It's Squishy

2. Takes some effort to get high DPS

3. Not ranged and very melee

Pros:

1. No need to care about ammo > allows the constant spamming of ammo consuming abilities

2. Very Mobile > If you use Hold the Line constantly (has low cd) you're like a tazmanian devil going around and gutting every enemy

3. A wide variety of abilities you can unleash in a rotation

4. It is melee

Gear > go for combat tech and doesn't need as much accuracy as assualt builds so can go for more power, crit, surge etc.s

I've been messing around lately.

Here is something i have testing:

http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#801hRrMzZrsrrobckzzZb.2

I like using ION Cell for the extra armor and such.

I find this spec works very well for guarding healers while still being able to dish out some DPS.

I did a round last night and received my first ever, 20 medal game. Do not recall the exact numbers for damage and protection, but I had a great healer who I guarded. Basically, we could not be killed.

Im sure it has some fine tuning, but I liked what I saw last night.

looks good but i should go for shock absorbers, removing 1 Points in the SS tree, and change the Point in havoc training.
