That really depends on personal taste, but he always seemed twilek to me.

Personally, anything but cyborg and zabrak works fine. Cathar may also seem a little on the "fierce" side

You can test it out yourself during character creation. When you select a gender, the character speaks a random sentence of audible dialogue. I don't think there's any class that sounds unfit for any particular race though to be honest. Once you see and hear that character speaking enough times, you get used to it and it starts to fit naturally in your mind. Edited January 29, 2020 by Drenovade

A suggestion...

 

Have you completed all existing story content with another class before? Like say for example the Jedi Knight or Sith Warrior? If so, go onto youtube and search for Let's Plays of KotFE or KoTET with Consulars of all the species you're interested in. You'll get a good sample of dialogue with each and won't be spoiled since the story content there doesn't change significantly based on class, and if you've already run other characters through it, you've already seen it.

 

You'd get a feel for whether you'd prefer a Togruta, Twi'lek, Mirialan, ect as your Consular.

I have a male Shadow who is Sith. The Sith race, in my opinion, fit perfectly. Though it my seem a bit odd.

Human, Miralukan or Mirialian

Anything that's not a body type 4 dark side Zabrak
