11/14/2019 patch did nothing to fix warmongerer, the it will show off cooldown but will remain unusable until force charge just feels like being used again, sometimes even longer than the full 15 seconds. Please fix and actually fix it this time.

After testing it seems that Warmonger only works, if you take damage at the end/after of your supposed lowered cooldown.

 

Also as you mentioned, it can now actually increase your cooldown of Force Charge, if you are not able to trigger it by taking damage as mentioned above.

 

Cooldown can now be over 20 seconds for an ability, that has base cooldown of 15 seconds.

 

Please, fix ASAP.

was going to report this as well but see folks beat me too it. So confirming warmonger not work correctly and as sated give an increased cooldown of 20 sec when it suppose to have a base of 15 sec

I can just add that the cooldown 'clock' for it disappears when it goes on longer cooldown and it shows as unusable with 0 charges.

Consider setting aside the charged ability system altogether until you figure out how to code it properly. Most abilities that this system was supposed to buff have ended up functionally nerfed because of it.

Yeah getting this too, its pissing me off.

 

Sometimes the radial CD thing disappears and force charge is ready with no charge at all. Takes an arbitrary amount of infinity to get that charge back when that happens.
