Yezzan
My windows skins is looking like it Windows XP instead o the transparent skin that it had before. Not sure what I did to make this happen. So if anyone can help me get it back, i'd appreciate it. I un/reintalled my graphic drivers but that did help. I tried selecting the windows 7 theme and that didn't help.
OwenBrooks
Right click on an empty area of the desktop, select Personalize, then choose an Aero Theme to see if you get transparent window frames. otherwise troubleshoot why aero is not enabled

OwenBrooks
Try Open the "Start" menu and right click on Computer . Go to Properties . Near the top right of this window you should see "Advanced System Settings" , click it. Click the Advanced tab. Under Performance click Settings . "Adjust for best Appearance ". Click OK . It has likely been changed to "Adjust for best Performance" Edited February 27, 2017 by OwenBrooks
