I purchased 5 of these, but they did not show up in my unclaimed items, or in my inventory. I logged out, and back in, and my coins were refunded. I attempted to repeat the purchase, and the same thing happened, but this time only one set of 950 coins was refunded upon logging back in. A short time later, the rest of them were.

Ticket submitted, but as this just happened a few minutes ago, there has, understandably, been no answer as of yet.

Edit: My server was just taken offline, too. I suspect this may have been the issue.

Edit 2: It seems the server reset on Harbinger was the cause of this issue. Disregard.
