This vid is a little different than my last one, so I'm sorry if I left out some genre of gameplay that you liked seeing.

If you haven't seen my first video, it is in my sig.

(Yes I know there is a double clip)

Enjoy!

Your vids and tutorial have inspired me to try Dirty fighting for PvP and so far I have found it pretty fun. I enjoy not having to rely on stealth so much and the damage is pretty nice as well. The only issues I seem to be having is energy management and burst. It weird part of me feels like I am contributing more to the team because I am helping multiple targets get burned down and overall I help kill more enemies. But at the same time I feel like my burst isn't as good as I would like. I am also running out of energy more often. What is the ideal number of people to keep vital shot/corrosive dart on? I feel like I may be spamming this ability too much and that is what is causing me to run out so fast.

Energy shouldn't be much of an issue if you are dotting a lot of ppl up, unless your crit is low. My dots have a ~50% chance to crit, and each crit brings 2 extra energy over your natural energy regen. Another issue you might have is not using your stim boost (pugnacity). It sucks using an UH on it, but it does help in the long run, combined with the instant energy it provides when you pop it. There will still be times when you are energy starved, so just rifle shot away while you regen. Sometimes using a quick couple of ticks of recup. will help inbetween fights.

You do spec the reduced energy cost on vital shot, right? It is pretty crucial if you use a tab dot tactic to have that talent. Vital shot x6 = 24 energy saved.

It is what I like about the spec....the RNG aspect of it. Even with non crits, the dmg is decent, but when everything lights off, it is downright nasty.

I followed your spec to the letter, so I do have the reduced energy cost for Vital shot. As for my gear/crit chance, I am running optimized War hero gear with 3 elite gear pieces. On my character sheet I have 35% ranged and Tech Crit and 78% ranged and tech Surge. I don't know anywhere else to see stats to tell me what my crit chance on a dot would be. So I still think I may just be over using vital shot, since that tends to be my fall back ability when someone is out of range, so thats really what I think the issue is.

I also seem pretty starved for UH procs, because I have noticed random occurrences where my Blaster whip (shiv) isn't getting me a proc. I am guessing this is just broken game mechanics.

Anyways, I am still loving the spec and after the first couple of days I am back on the top of the damage charts. I don't feel more powerful than my Scrapper spec, but I like the change in play style.

Aside from missing the +10 datacron, I have all the other datacrons and all the companion buffs.

I Have the same issues, usually on Vigi Juggs. Something about unstoppable seems to prevent Shiv from hitting or granting UH/TA.

I personally will probably not ever go Lethality, but I am impressed that some people make it work. I Generally go out of my way to kill lethality Ops just to see what they can do to me.

So I wish all lethality ops the absolute best. I love watching you guys burn people down. it makes me giggle terribly.
