Looking for the best pvp spec for BH tanks, by stats. I hear the terms Iron fist and parakeet spec being thrown around all the time but idk which to choose from, or which will allow me to do the most damage while still keeping whatever tank benefits actually work.

with the changes coming to 1.2 the iron fist will rain supreme in the tanking pvp specs
