What does this exactly mean, never used the skill.. Does it mean that it has no cooldown anymore, and can be spammed? Or that it shared a cooldown with something else before? Mapex Posted March 18, 2012 Share Posted March 18, 2012 Basically Heat Blast becomes the Shieldtech's "Riposte" ability. An extra attack that can be used on cooldown for extra threat without disrupting your normal rotation. Heat Blast is a great ability and always has been; the only thing really holding it back is its piss poor animation (it's the one-handed version of the Gunslinger's Quickdraw; rehashed animations for the lose).
