I don't think it needs a buffed, but I think how the self heals proc should be changed.I believe that they should have a chance to proc when you are being attacked and when you are attacking. My reason for this train of thought, is that the self heals are meant to be a mitigation mechanic; I also think taunts should have a chance to proc self heals. Edited February 12, 2013 by cool-dude
