You'll get different answers to that from different people.

Some will claim you don't need more than 100% accuracy and any point above 100 is wasted outside PVE, and that once you hit 100% accuracy it's better to take other stats.

Some will claim that with 100% you'll sometimes miss, and while stacking more critical or mastery or what have you might lead to slightly bigger hits, it's not worth missing with a key ability in a critical moment. They recommend going with 110%.

And then others will be somewhere in the middle between those two extremes, saying you don't need 110% but that's it good to have a few extra points in accuracy to reduce the miss rate.

For Ops you always want 110%. There's no disagreement on that.

I'm not a theorycrafter but have gone with Option #3 (104% accuracy at the moment, heavy crit build) and so far like the results. I haven't really seen a big whiff yet and am often #1 or #2 on the DPS leaderboard, unless it's Odessen.
