Just did "legacy of the rakata" through group finder with all available missions turned on. Completed it and had it count as 1/5 of weekly tactical flashpoints.

Thing is it did not give me the daily reward and I did not get my conquest points (2000 with SH bonus).

No idea why this happened, and it was kinda a pain after the bosses, they are kinda hard now.
