Ok, I know that there are diminishing returns for stats, like after a certain point, each point of Aim for example is only worth 60%, something like that.

 

I'm having trouble finding actual charts, though. A lot of sites are old, some even beta old, and its hard to sift fact from fiction.

 

Can anyone post the rules of diminishing returns? What stats are effected, which stats aren't?

 

....or at least, point me to a current site that lays out in chart form, or something easy to read?

AFAIK, the last change to DR that currently effects live was back in 1.2 when Surge got nerfed, so most of those should still be accurate. I know the MM Sniper / SS Gunslinger thread at mmo-mechanics.com has a chart that was updated after that chain.
