Stims, Medpacks, Heroic Moment (if you've got it, can't remember what level that becomes available), make sure your gear is up to snuff (planetary comms are your friend). You'll have an easier time if you're a Guardian since you have to take Kira as your companion, but it's still perfectly doable as a Sentinel, even at a bit lower level.
