Thank you The skill cooldown is still interesting even if the bar isn't available, because it heals you a little bit every three seconds during two minutes. Thank youYou get the "special" Heroic Moment abilities (Legacy Dirty Kick, Legacy Project, etc.) for completing Chapter 3 of the Class Story for whatever "base" class (Smuggler and Jedi Consular, respectively, for the two abilities mentioned). If you have not done that for any class, you will not have the temporary ability bar when you activate Heroic Moment. There is no Legacy level (or Character level) requirement for this. It's strictly for completing chapter 3 of the Class stories. But as mentioned, you will still get the periocic heals from using the ability (and you will see the Heroic Moment icon in your buff bar, until it runs out). The "base" Heroic Moment duration is one minute. You can increase it to 2 minutes (and reduce the ability's cooldown from 10 minutes to 5 minutes) by completing all conversations/missions for one companion of each of the five companion "roles": Melee Damage, Ranged Damage, Melee Tank, Ranged Tank, and Healer.
