Every one who playing Star wars the old republic I taken the time to write up suggestive minimum and recommend Desktop and Laptop system build for gamers to go off based around my own experiences with Swtor over the years please feel free to correct I did not include Windows 7 build Due to Microsoft ending support for it.

The minimum system specs should be:

MINIMUM DESKTOP SYSTEM BUILD

OS: Windows 8.1 or higher

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo Processor 2.9GHz or higher compatible CPU Chipset

RAM: 16 GB or greater DDR 3 Type Ram Card (4 GB for Windows 8.1)

16 GB RAM is recommended

Video: NVIDIA Geforce GT 1024 with 256 MB Video Ram or higher graphic card.

Please note: Mother board on board Integrated Graphics Chipset may not support the rendering features of the game please read the motherboard manual for integrated graphic technical specifications before installing the game without external graphic card

Storage Space: Your hard drive must have minimum of storage space of 20GB for gaming installation your hard drive overall should be larger than 8gb with operating system taking into account.

DVD-ROM Drive: Not required as the game launcher is downloadable from Swtor website upon registration.

Motherboard: Z390 Series or Higher motherboards

RAM: 24 GB or greater DDR 4 type Ram Cards (8 GB for Windows 10 or Later)

16 GB RAM is recommended for online gaming and 8 GB to support basic Operating system resources

Video: On board Integrated Graphics Chipset for both Laptop and Desktop builtin into the motherboard must meet the specification for NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1600 series with 256 MB Video Ram or higher graphic card.

Please note: Laptop and Desktop onboard Integrated Graphics Chipset on Z390 and higher motherboard does support basic features now.

Storage Space: Recommend your desktop or laptop system has a minimum overall 250GB SATA or SSD Hard Drive for Windows 10 Operating System and 20GB reserved for star wars the old republic installation files.

Note: You can back up the content of C:\User\AppData\Local\Swtor to USB Drive or DVDR disc to save your quick bar character settings for future reference.

USB Drive: Recommend you saving your Swtor Launcher onto USB stick for future installation.
