Kataret Posted January 25, 2016 Share Posted January 25, 2016 (edited) I think multiple emotes that must make their way in-game are many of the ones we have encountered on Oricon. The first of these, /siphon. /siphon would be the emote we see with the last phase of Dread Council, and on many mobs from Ziost, to Dromund Kaas, and even on Tython. The version most memorable that I have in mind is below: http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/sith-imperium/images/f/fa/.siphon.png/revision/latest?cb=20150707072154 In this version the eyes are purple, and the hands glow with a faded sort of mist. You could always do /siphonsith and /siphonjedi, and add a version where the jedi is all yellow. Second, /stasis. This is a more sithly version of the emote but here, a classy no glow would work just fine. Essentially it lets use make use of the rakata stasis chamber AND kolto things. OTHERWISE ALL APPLICATIONS IN RP BECOME STUPID! Fully agree that these emotes (at least some of them) should be added into game. A lot of epic and desirable animations like these have been in game since launch and it would be enjoyable to mess around with them on our own characters. It may not be the simplest thing to add but it probably isn't terribly difficult. Could be added to a pack or put directly on the Cartel Market (like /possessed). Like having crossed arms, wielding the weapon but in a guard stance, Light/Dark-Side meditation with light effects, Walking from left to right with arms behind the back, diferent versions to sit on the floor (The current looks like a bad pose from a 80's ****). Seaturkey Posted May 23, 2016 Share Posted May 23, 2016 chair attack emote: pick up a random chair and attack a target with it (no actual dmg, ofcourse) a la WWE style. lightsaber construction emote: sit in the meditate pose and watch as your character builds a new lightsaber, with floating pieces n all. floating meditation emote: self explanatory joke emotes that actually tell a joke and not just stand there twitching/saying nothing. propose emote: propose to your loved one for marriage. weapon attack emotes (for RP'ers): make many/all attacks have an emote you can activate at any time (again no actual dmg occurring). Also: Can we get a 'take a drink of something" emote WITHOUT the 'raise a toast' text? The Smuggler "Who, me?" emote ("Who's scruffy-lookin'?") As for the newest "toy" where you carve the crap out of it with a lightsaber... can Non-Force Users get a different one, where one pulls out a blaster and shoots the damned thing? Hug, kiss, high five, rock,paper,scissors, bro-hug, different dance variations, scold, slap, spank, comfort, flirt, give flowers, and other things. The top three should be rather simple to implent given that they are already used by npcs all over the game and by our own characters in cutscenes.
