Maybe it is but RNG for gear on PVP is bull! your not alone though many are getting screwed over while others are cashing in! Isnt it awsome to have your gear be on a lottery system! They should do the same with Bio dev's pay checks ... " oh sorry no pay check this week, I know you worked as hard as the other dev's, However better luck next week!
