feylyndiira Posted August 3, 2017 Share Posted August 3, 2017 Click "My SWTOR" at the top of this page, log in (if you aren't already), click on the Subscriptions tab on the left, scroll down and you'll see a link that says "Cancel My Subscription". It prevents the automatic renewal of the subscription. When the currently-active part expires, the subscriber status ends, and the account drops to *PREFERRED*.
