While it got slightly nerfed on paper according to some math wizards, it actually got buffed when used practicly because it was the filler that got nerfed but the main dps spell got buffed. livnthedream Posted March 23, 2012 Share Posted March 23, 2012 13/28 is still viable. the last math i saw still puts it within 2% of either of the 31 point builds in terms of single target. for aoe lightning pulls ahead, but is a bit more complicated to play. The main DPS spell is Force Lightning (or whatever you rock throwers use). It was penalized in 1.2. You're probably calling it filler since that's what you do when everything else is on cooldown, but it still accounts for the majority of your damage (~55% on live).
