So ran into a new problem tonight (3/8/2012 around 900 est).

Guild was putting together a last minute HM ev run tonight, as we couldn't do it tomorrow.

Got our group together, started the raid, and killed the first boss, and noticed we got tionese gear/commendation.

Checked the lockout list and we just got credit for normal mode Droid.

Checked the raid status, said it was hard mode. Zoned out, reset the ops group, and zone backed in. Droid boss dead still. Zoned back out, swapped to 8man Nightmare mode, reset ops, zoned back in. Droid boss still down.

Everyone did a hard game reset, closed out completely, and logged back into the game. same results. 8 man normal boss dead, unable to get to a hard-mode.

Logged onto a lvl 50 alt, remade raid, swapped to hard, and reset ops again.

This time, half our raid was in the correct instance WITH THE BOSS UP, and the other half was in a secondary phase where we could see them on the map/minimap, but couldn't interact with them, and the boss was dead. Rezoned in again, and we was back on normal 8m normal boss status no matter what mode we set it on.

We did the same process a couple times, swapping from 8m normal, all the way to 16m nightmare, and same results, first boss dead, so still on normal.

Best result we got was 4 people in the same instance with the boss up, and 4 people with the boss down.

We even tried zoning into KP hard-mode we ran yesterday, and then running back to EV to force it to reset instances, and same results

As this was a new bug for us, we ran out of ides to get around it.

Any suggestions for if/when this happens again.

Same problem happed to except it was stuck on NMM when we were trying to do HM.

We tried resetting and switching to different modes group sizes. At some point our RL started commenting that the reset instance button wasn't showing up at all.

We tried once with everyone zoning in after had a new instance with HM droid (with a different leader) and some people got stuck in an old instance with the droid still in NMM (even though we were all in the same group).

What we did was disband the group and have someone else start a new group (without the leaders of the original group) and zone in to make sure it was set. Then we invited everyone else one at a time (and only let them enter the instance one at a time) and it worked. Of course, this was 45 min later, so maybe its just a matter of waiting a certain amount of time for the server to wake up and reset its ****.

It happened to us on 3/15/2012.

Just had the "No reset Instance" Button issue as well. . . .Man this sucks.
