I have only been playing a few days but everytime I stop playing and try to drop back in from the select a player screen it has the "Prologue: The Jedi Knight" load screen with the details of what is going on but I have no load bar plus the load wheel is stuck. I have to keep doing a manual restart and when I start SWTOR back it, the cycle repeats itself. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I've been tryin to get a hold of them since early this afternoon but have not heard anything back so I am thinking about calling them tomorrow when I am off work.

Could go on a diffrent alt and send a ticket in they usually get me in a chat fast. Though at this hour don't expect to get in one at all. I do not know a solution to your situation sadly.

Maybe you could try the repair tool located on the bottom left corner of the screen before you hit play and enter game. This is usually one of the first thing bioware would suggest.

See if your computer needs a Service Pac update or mabye a New Service Pac altogether. That could be it. In short, see if your computer need an update through Microsoft.
