Xerda Posted January 11, 2012 Share Posted January 11, 2012 (edited) Yeah i guess tickets just getting closed and having to wait a week for an automated response is better than in WoW you know where you actually get to talk to a GM who solves your issue instead of telling you to deal with it. My thoughts exactly. WoW's customer service is exceptional compared to the ***** you get on this game. They have no knowledge, they have no understanding. All they can do is standard droid responses. It's the worst I've seen myself so far. Microsoft's is pretty terrible, As is pretty much every other bad one, but that doesn't mean that ones just barely less terrible are in any way acceptable. Customer service is about making customers happy, not taking your sweet time and giving no effort and expecting to collect your paycheck, was the point I was making.
