Both of my guild's event logs are apparently full

I don't know if the guild event logs are supposed to be FIFO or if I need to clear a queue somewhere, but neither of my guild's event logs is recording new behavior. For the last couple of days, we've invited people into the guild, a couple of left, but that back and forth isn't being recorded any more in the event logs.

The problem is apparently related to this http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=958714 where the events are there, but sorting doesn't logically put them at the top for the latest, one must scroll down through the days of the month that sorts at the top until one sees the events.

Previously, according to this post the log was sorting the dates alphabetically. So January dates (01/01) were "older" than December dates (12/31), because "one" comes before "twelve" in alphabetical order. And 12/30 events are "older" than 12/20 events because "thirty" is before "twenty" alphabetically, and so on.

At the moment it seems to be sorting correctly, except that it doesn't recognize the year.

Sorting by "oldest to newest", events are listed for 01/01/2019, then 01/02, 01/03, 01/ 04, and then it goes to 12/11/2018, (the date of patch 5.10 with the new guild UI), then 12/12, 12/13, and so on, through 12/31/2018. Because January comes before December, so January dates are "older" than December dates, and the first event on Januray 1 is the "oldest" event in the list.

If you have it show "newest to oldest", it will start with 12/31, then 12/30, 12/29, and so on, through 12/11, then 01/04, 01/03, 01/02 and 01/01. Because, again, January comes before December so all January events are "older" than the December ones, and the last recorded December event is the "newest" event in the list.

Either way, the actual "most recent" events happening today, January 4, end up somewhere in the middle of the list. Just how far you have to scroll through to see them depends on how active your guild is.
