Deserter flags should have been a core feature for launch, but it wasn't ... so now under strength factions are at a significant disadvantage. Warzone pops -- nobody wants to play Huttball, so they drop and requeue with no penalty.

This should be a priority fix because people aren't going to give this game much time before they decide the PvP systems are weak.
